Faircrest Estates is a residential subdivision located in Limerick Township in Montgomery County, PA. Faircrest Estates is in the Spring-Ford school district.
Faircrest Estates consists of 105 single family homes built between 1999 to 2002 by Sal Lapio Homes, divided into two non-connected sections. 83 homes are in the eastern section on Jessica Circle, Ashford Way, Durham Circle and Lynrose Circle. 22 homes are in the western section on Wensel Circle. Entries into the subdivision are from Sunset Road onto Jessica and Wensel Circles.
